Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and follow a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. However, refund/replacement is possible if it is proven that the delivered product is of unsatisfactory quality.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer support on the same day of delivery. The matter will be investigated and resolved accordingly.
- If the product received differs significantly from what was shown on the website, you must notify customer support within the same day of receiving the product. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For items covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 9–15 business days.
